NANCY MACE’S OPPONENT APOLOGIZES FOR SAYING “ILLEGAL ALIENS”

March 19th, 2024 – CHARLESTON, S.C. – U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace released the following video today:

“Talking to voters throughout South Carolina, the biggest issue facing the United States is illegal immigration and the southern border and the influx or invasion of over 8 million illegals, illegal aliens, illegal immigrants. I know my opponent, by the way, doesn’t like to call them illegal aliens but that is exactly what they are. She apologized for calling illegals ‘illegal aliens’ which is just like something Joe Biden would do.”

On March 9th, Joe Biden apologized for calling Laken Riley’s murderer illegal, and instead stated he should have called her killer “undocumented.” This was on the same day Catherine Templeton apologized to voters for calling illegals, “illegal aliens.”

“I’m not going to apologize, like my opponent and Joe Biden did, for calling those who cross into our country illegally, exactly what they are,” added Mace.

Templeton made South Carolina an illegal immigration destination during her time at the SC LLR state agency by firing 85 percent of her immigration enforcement agents at the agency during her tenure. On the contrary, Representative Mace continues to work hard to secure the southern border and keep illegal aliens out of the Lowcountry.
