NANCY MACE BILLS TO BAN ON TRANSGENDER MEN IN WOMEN’S BATHROOMS AND LOCKER ROOMS

Congresswoman Nancy Mace introduced the Protecting Women’s Private Spaces Act and the Stop the Invasion of Women’s Spaces Act to prevent transgender men from invading women and girls’ restrooms, changing rooms, and locker rooms on federal property or at any federally-funded entities. We have seen horrific instances of transgender men and sex offenders exposing themselves to women and children in women’s restrooms and locker rooms. Women and girls deserve privacy, dignity, and safety. We will never allow predators and mentally ill men to terrorize women and girls in their private spaces.
