NANCY MACE LAUNCHES CAMPAIGN REQUESTING RESIDENT FEEDBACK AND PRIORITIES FOR SOUTH CAROLINA

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Mace’s ‘People’s Agenda’ Will Turn Hometown Priorities into Day One Wins

Charleston, S.C.  August 18, 2025 – Last week, Congresswoman Nancy Mace announced the launch of the People’s Agenda, a statewide effort to hear directly from residents about the issues they care about most. This feedback will help craft Mace’s top priorities for her first 100 days as Governor.

“I’ve held the line for South Carolina and our conservative values, now it’s time to hear from residents about the issues they feel are most important,” said Congresswoman Mace. “The best ideas don’t come from politicians, they come from the people.”

Mace is asking residents to visit nancymace.org/local-issues  to provide their feedback directly. The feedback will help shape action on Day One in the Governor’s office.

Mace’s campaign has outlined a bold, results-driven vision for South Carolina in her Path to Prosperity plan, including:

  • Five Years to 0 – Eliminating state income taxes in 5 years

  • Law & Order – Ending sanctuary policies, enforcing laws, and supporting law enforcement

  • Education – Returning to the basics and protecting parental rights

  • Women & Children – Ensuring safety, opportunity, and fairness for all

  • Infrastructure – Repairing and building the systems South Carolina needs

  • Energy – Expanding affordable, reliable energy

“We’re building a South Carolina that answers to the people, not the politicians,” Mace added. “Your voice will help us get there.”

About Nancy Mace
Nancy Mace comes from a military family, as the daughter of a retired Army General and school teacher. She started working at Waffle House after dropping out of high school, and became the first woman to graduate from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina, 26 years ago.

She built a business from the ground up, ran for office when others wouldn’t, and made history again as the first Republican woman elected to Congress from South Carolina.

She fights for what’s right – balanced budgets, low to no taxes, deporting illegals, a government who answers to the people, and the rights of children. She’s not a fan of the trans.

Faith guides her. Facts drive her. And she never backs down. Nancy Mace holds the line.
