NANCY MACE OFFICIALLY FILES FOR GOVERNOR OF SOUTH CAROLINA

Congresswoman Nancy Mace officially filed today with the South Carolina State Election Commission to run for Governor of South Carolina, formally entering her name on the 2026 Republican primary ballot.

“South Carolina didn’t just shape me, it made me. And now it’s time to give it everything I got.

My family has been here for hundreds of years. I grew up here. I raised my children here. And serving South Carolina has been the honor of my life.

I’m working hard to earn every single vote, and won’t stop until you tell me to.”

-Congresswoman Nancy Mace

Rep. Mace is the only candidate in the race with a detailed plan to eliminate South Carolina’s state income tax. Her Five Years to Zero initiative caps state spending, mandates government efficiency, and returns every dollar above the cap directly to taxpayers.

Her platform is built on three core pillars: lowering the cost of living for South Carolina families, fixing the state’s roads and bridges, and restoring law and order across South Carolina.

The Republican primary is June 9, 2026. Learn more at NancyMace.org.
