Today, people come to Congress to be someone rather than do some thing. And today more than ever, protecting the Constitution and our democracy should be one of our top priorities.
I’ve also never voted to raise your taxes. Not once. Not as a state lawmaker and not as a member of Congress. And I will keep that promise.
