Nancy Mace helped secure the largest infrastructure grant in South Carolina history! South Carolina has some of the most dangerous rural roads in the nation and high traffic counts and narrow roads contribute to our infrastructure issues.
Here is her plan to rapidly address South Carolina’s growing infrastructure crisis:
- Audit SCDOT spending
- Aggressive federal grant application program
- Assist counties and municipalities with plans for shovel ready projects
- Be the bridge between federal, state and local agencies and departments
- Work hand in glove with our Congressional delegation on all infrastructure, authorizations, appropriations and grant programs agressively
- Permitting reform to include expedited reviews and approval
- Increase communication with US Army Corps of Engineers to expedite permits and projects

SCDOT Accountability:
Nancy Mace will audit the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
Federal Resources:
Nancy Mace is the only candidate who brought in the largest federal infrastructure grant in state history. She will dig up and find every single federal resource to help South Carolina, unlike any other Governor in state history.
Army Corps of Engineers:
Time and time again, Nancy has assisted to expedite permits with the Army Corps of Engineers. Some times within hours. She can't wait to bring this same energy to our infrastructure projects state wide.
Permitting Reform:
Permitting reform is desperately needed. She will work with all agencies, stakeholders and the legislature to make this dream a reality.
